Mr. Nkosinathi Mqokiyana

Chairman of the Group, Nkosinathi Mqokiyana, a founder of Nhanhe Trading. He brings a wealth of experience which spreads over a period of more than ten years in project planning, project management and construction monitoring, that is, creation and maintenance of fixed assets within the built environment.

The level of his participation gradually increased from doing field work and providing relevant technical support during project planning, project management and construction of various projects to being fully responsible for some extensive projects pertaining to planning, project management and construction of a number of such services and also providing the necessary guidance and support to new inexperienced graduates , contract documents, progress reports and financial analysis at the same time share relevant experience and knowledge.

He was involved on various development initiatives which included numerous feasibility studies for areas such as Bulwer KZN, Sutterheim in Eastern Cape, and many others, a number of water supply infrastructures and rural sanitation projects, reinforced concrete structures as well as rural and township road & stormwater networks for clients such as Public Works KZN, as well as various District Municipalities in the Eastern Cape and in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Mr. Sibulelo Zekevu

Managing Director and founder of Buchule Engineers, Mr. Zekevu is a qualified Civil Engineering Technologist with experience in engineering consultancy, project and construction management. He obtained a National Diploma in Civil from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) and a BTech degree in civil specializing in urban engineering from the same university.

He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Pr. Techni. Eng. and is also a member of the South African Institution of Civil Engineers (SAICE) and the South African Black Technical & Allied Careers Organization (SABTACO).

He obtained certificates to Develop and Manage Labour Intensive Construction Projects (NQF Level 5 and Level 7) through South African Value Education (SAVE).

His key areas of experience include, project feasibility studies, investigation and business plan preparation, design and tender documentation, project implementation and contract administration, project management and construction management of water and sewer reticulation, roads and storm water projects. He has also gained some experience in bulk services and sewer pump stations.

Mr. Zekevu is the Managing Director of Buchule and is responsible for the overall design and management based in the Durban office.

Mr. Ayanda Nocanda

Ayanda Nocanda is a civil technologist and construction manager with expertise and knowledge in planning, design, management of civil engineering projects.

Ayanda has worked as a general manager in construction & plant hire for companies that are over (7CE PE)) over the last five years. Professional engineering support.

He is also a founder of Ukwakha Consulting Engineers comprises of a professional engineering team that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects i.e. roads, water and sewerage reticulations, bulk water schemes, bridges, canals, dams and buildings.

Mr Siyabonga Koliti

He started my career in 2006 as trainee consultant. His duties were: Assisted the consultants with all the works on site on a daily basis, supervised all the works done by the junior consultants on site regularly, Inspecting residential development plans. He checked and filled in all the progress report sheets on every completion of jobs done site. Assisted with all the administration works on site, including filing and filling in daily progress reports. Regularly checked the site if all the works were according to the specifications. Attended all the progress site meetings. Liaised with the management on a weekly basis for progress reports. Checked the weather reports daily for the proceedings of layer works. Liaised with the Contractor on a daily basis for progress reports. Advised all the staff members with regards to all the safety precautions to be adhered to on site. Did all the inspection after completion of all the works on site.

He gained a lot of experience as an Operational Manager in 2008 in Managing and supervising road construction projects, liaising with the Architecture, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Draughtsman on a daily basis with regards to current projects. Surfing in the internet for tenders for bidding purposes on a daily basis, with regards to Construction, Consulting, Quantity Surveyors and Architecture, Attending compulsory tender briefing meetings for tendering purposes, attending site meetings to liaise with the contractor. He worked also as a social Facilitator 

Phumeza Dyosi (Director)

Btech (Civil)

Phumeza Dyosi is a civil technologist and construction manager with expertise and knowledge in planning, design, management of civil engineering projects. Phumeza has been in the consulting industry for over 10years with expertise in project and contracts management. Her key experience includes planning, design, tender documentation, contract administration and detailing of civil services. 

She holds a  National Diploma: Engineering, Civil (NMMU) acquired in 2006, Qualification: B. Tech: Civil: Urban (NMMU) which she attained by the year: 2012 and also Project Management: Urban (NMMU)  with the same year 2012. Her ethic philosophies is to strive to manage a high level of integrity, professionalism and loyalty in the Civil Engineering industry, and also to give back to the community by sharing knowledge

Her key experience includes:

• Planning, design, documentation and detailing of roads, sewer, water and stormwater;
• Conceptual design to final design, of roads, sewer and stormwater infrastructure;
• Planning and design of bulk stormwater, pre development and post development;
• Draughting;
